	Tibetan Fair Trade Crafts Buddhism dates back to the 8th century. For many years now the practice of Buddhism has been used across the far east & Europe, by people from every walk of life. With the stresses & strains of everyday life, many people have turned to meditation with the hope of finding inner peace.
