Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket, after you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling Postage Costs
We charge a minimum of £1.75 (if the items are small it is possible that the postage could be £1.75 for more than 1 item) small items will be sent recorded or special delivery (unless stated) larger items will be sent Royal Mail or 48 Hour Courier. All methods of shipping will require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within two working days, if there is a problem we will contact you immediately.

Back Orders We will not keep any items on back order unless requested.

Should you wish to return your order & request an exchange or refund this should be done within 7 days of receiving the item/s, The unused goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We will exchange as soon as possible for you. We reserve the right to exchange or replace items in part or as a whole, this applies "for example to Clocks where the mechanism or battery is faulty".
If you have just changed your mind & no longer want the goods, a full refund will be given only for the cost of the item, postage will be deducted. If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange your item & refund your postage or refund in full. We cannot refund or exchange until the goods are returned to us, signed for & inspected.
It is up to the customer returning goods to ensure they are returned in original condition. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. . All rights reserved.
