This beautiful singing bowl can be played by rotating the stick around the rim of the bowl. It will make a deep resonant hum creating the essence of the bowl, you will find while doing this you are able to focus more clearly enabling  you to begin the process of meditation.

Approx 9cm diameter comes complete with a stick, cushion & comes  presented in an elegant handmade Himalayan lokta paper box, printed with a very brief history of the singing bowl, advice on how to play and suggested uses. (cushion colours may vary)
