Sacred Spirit Sage & Sweetgrass Smudge sticks, The leaf or resin is heated to make smoke which is brushed over the person or object, often with a feather fan, or by spreading dry herbs on hot coals or igniting in a clay pot or shell.
 
One stick per packet, approx size 15cm x 4cm, lasts for hours.
