Smudge sticks are traditionally made from Sage and used in ceremonies to drive out bad spirits, negative energy.
The Herbs are heated on hot charcol to produce a cleansing smoke which is brushed over the person or an object, often with a feather fan.
 
This Kit includes a white sage smudge stick, Cedar and Copal resin, a 7.5cm abalone shell and a smudging feather.
