These beautiful Glass Balls were traditionally given as tokens of love or good luck.
Also known as Witch Balls they were very popular in medieval times, the hollow glass balls were hung in windows to ward off witch's spells and bad luck.
In Victorian times Gazing Balls were hung in the front room windows or gardens and young ladies would gaze into them in a hope to catch a glimpse of her future husband.
