Tibetan Buddhist Prayer Beads are also known as the Buddhist rosary, these mallahas are traditionally used in Tibetan Buddhism.


Buddhist rosaries commonly have 108 beads, Prayer beads are used to count mantras when using the mallha, your fingers pass over one prayer bead for each time you recite the mantra, this string of Bohdi seed mallah contains special markers, including a Bell & Dorje.

 

In Tibetan worship the prayer "om mane padme hum" ("praise to the jewel in the lotus") is often recited.
